1. When your property is sold within the first 30 days of being listed:

This scenario is most suited for all-cash transactions, without any sale contingencies. In an event the buyer is represented by their own agent, the buyer's agent may negotiate for their own commission fee to be paid by the seller.

2% commission rate when buyer is represented by their own agent.

2. When your property is sold to a buyer who has their own agent:

2.0% commission + $500 listing fee*

Please note, the buyer's agent may negotiate for their own commission fee to be paid by the seller.

3. When your property is sold to a buyer procured by our brokerage:

3.0% commission + $500 listing fee*

In this scenario the buyer is not represented by their own agent.

This fee must be paid via check or credit card before a listing agreement is executed for your property.
