We list and sell properties primarily throughout Staten Island and parts of Brooklyn.
We offer a unique business model designed to provide our clients with significant savings. We charge a $500 upfront listing fee, which helps cover some of the expenses associated with marketing and managing the listing. By structuring our fees this way, we’re able to offer our clients ultra-low commission rates and greater savings at closing.
Not at all! We will provide you with dedicated service from our initial contact until the closing. We’ll be there every step of the way to sell your property for a top dollar.
Yes, you can but it would not qualify for the Homes123 program's discounted commission rates.
All of our active listings are featured on all major online real estate portals such as: Zillow, Realtor.com, Homes.com, Redfin, Trulia, and StreetEasy. They are also displayed on our own highly popular portals: StatenIslandRealty.com and BrooklynRealty.com, as well as websites of most local brokerages. We also utilize social media marketing, video tours, and targeted online ads.
Yes, we do. We typically host 1-2 open houses once the property is listed and after that we would continue to show your property to individual buyers, by appointment, as needed.
Absolutely! We are big on cooperation with other Realtors. In fact, we are part of a network of over 60,000 real estate professionals across the NY state. We would act as your exclusive seller agents and gladly cooperate with all real estate agents who have potential buyers for your property.
No, you would not able be able to market or sell your property as "for sale by owner" while having it under listing agreement with our brokerage. We work with our clients strictly on "exclusive right to sell" basis.
Yes, of course! We will be happy to work with you on the purchase of your next home. If you are relocating outside of NY, we can refer you to a trusted Realtor in that area.
